Bates to Thorn Run
Thorn Run Partners has added Daniel Bates as a partner, and he’ll split his time between the firm’s Washington office and a new one in Portland, Ore. Bates had been director of government relations for the city of Portland and worked in the legislative practice group at Patton Boggs in Washington.
