Gary Palmquist has been hired as a member of Thorn Run Partners, a lobbying firm. Palmquist previously served as a House lobbyist for the National Federation of Independent Business. He previously served as legislative director to Rep. Dennis Cardoza, D-Calif. Before that, Palmquist was legislative director to Rep. Bob Clement, D-Tenn. (1988-2003), and legislative director to Rep. Ken Bentsen, D-Texas (1995-2003).
